Get Stronger and Faster this Summer!

Tracksters,
Make the 2012 track season a great one by getting stronger and faster this summer. Current summer lifting times are Monday - Thursday:
3:15 - 4:15
4:15 - 5:15

Take full advantage of these training opportunities for all 7 -12th graders.
