We are headed to Idaho Falls this weekend for the Tiger/Grizz meet.  This is a qualification meet, meaning that you must meet the qualifying marks/times for runs/jumps/throws.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to bring everyone.

I will let you know if you are attending on Tuesday.
We will depart at 11:30am on Friday, meet begins at 3pm Friday.  Competition continues all day Saturday.  We will be spending the night.

We will be traveling to Rock Springs this Saturday.  Our departure time is 4:30 am on Saturday! Please be on time! This varsity meet will be limited to six entries per event. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take everyone.

Track Starts Today!

Tracksters,
We begin our 2012 season today in the wrestling room at 3:15.
I will also be handing out the following paperwork to be signed by you and your parent/guardian:

• Track Team Expectations 2012
• JHHS Code of conduct (Does not need to be completed if you participated in a winter sport)
• 2012 Parent contact form
• 2012 Track Schedule (does not need to be signed)

Remember!!! You will not be allowed to participate unless you have a current physical.

The season is almost upon us!  We will have an informational meeting this Wednesday (Feb. 29th) in the wrestling room at 3pm.

Our first practice is Monday, March 5th! You must have a physical to practice!

Make the 2012 track season a great one by getting stronger and faster this summer. Current summer lifting times are Monday - Thursday:

3:15 - 4:15

4:15 - 5:15

Take full advantage of these training opportunities for all 7 -12th graders.
