Natrona Early Bird in Casper

For those of you traveling to Casper on Friday...... you will be released @11:15 and we will leave at 11:30.

· What to Bring: (Plan for 2 days and 1 night)

· Lunch (We will stop @ grocery store daily.) The school does not provide meals.

· Warm Clothing

· Plenty of Water

· Rain Gear

· Sports Drinks

· Sun-screen

· Recovery- (Honey, Chocolate Milk)

The meet begins at 10:00 on Saturday morning at Natrona County High School, not the Kelly Walsh Stadium. The meet ends at 4:30 and we should arrive home on Saturday night around 10:30ish.
