We will be headed to Rock Springs this Saturday. We are allowed 6 entries per event, so we will not be able to bring everyone. However, the majority of you will go. No word on a departure time yet, but I will keep you posted.

We will have tryouts for the Boys and Girls 4x100 relays tomorrow (13th). We will take the top 4 runners in a 100m trial + 1 alternate.

Big Piney Departure Time Changed!

Our new departure time is 6:30 am. Be ready to load at 6:15 am.

Big Piney Travel Information

We will be leaving for Big Piney on Saturday morning at 6:30. That means you are at the High School and on the bus at 6:30, no later. We will return home 7-8pm.

The meet begins at 9:00 am on Saturday at the Big Piney High School Track. All athletes are expected to stay on the Big Piney High School Campus the entire day.

Big Piney Invitational

We had originally planned on traveling to Cody for a meet this weekend. We will be headed to Big Piney instead of Cody. If you are not leaving for spring break on Saturday, I will expect to attend the meet!

Casper Meet is Cancelled!

Due to inclement weather, we will not be attending the Natrona Early Bird in Casper.

For those of you traveling to Casper on Friday...... you will be released @11:15 and we will leave at 11:30.

· What to Bring: (Plan for 2 days and 1 night)

· Lunch (We will stop @ grocery store daily.) The school does not provide meals.

· Warm Clothing

· Plenty of Water

· Rain Gear

· Sports Drinks

· Sun-screen

· Recovery- (Honey, Chocolate Milk)

The meet begins at 10:00 on Saturday morning at Natrona County High School, not the Kelly Walsh Stadium. The meet ends at 4:30 and we should arrive home on Saturday night around 10:30ish.
